How do I care for my Pfaltzgraff stoneware and dinnerware?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain products are dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a gentle, non-citrus detergent for dishwasher use and avoiding sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
What is your return policy for home goods?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the shipping date. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer shipping protection for fragile items?

Can I use my Pfaltzgraff pieces in the oven?
