At Pfaltzgraff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your dinnerware or home decor, you may return your items within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest return portal to provide your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all dinnerware is padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
